When in situ, this martingale collar sits loosely around your dog’s neck. If and when they pull, the martingale loop will tighten, exerting a gentle pressure around your hound’s neck. This action doesn’t hurt, giving you a safe and effective way to manage a dog that can easily slip their collar – especially useful for sighthounds who have small heads in comparison to their necks.
