Made from 100% cotton, our Saltburn buckle collar is made from old-fashioned steamer fabric, just like the type you find in vintage deckchairs. Inspired by Saltburn-on-the Sea in Yorkshire, this fabric is bright, cheerful and full of Victorian charm and nostalgia.
Pastel shades of turquoise blue, salmon pink and tangerine conjure up thoughts of suntans and sunsets. It really does transport you back to family days out at the seaside. The fabric we use is 100% cotton and high-quality steamer fabric from a British manufacturer. It looks stunning on all dog breeds and is perfect for bright, cheerful personalities.
When ordering your Saltburn, you can choose to line your house collar with either Tangerine or Turquoise Swiss velvet lining to add a touch of luxury and softness. We finish your collar with a silver metal buckle fastener for a modern contemporary look.
Why choose a buckle collar
A buckle collar is a type of dog collar that features a durable metal fastening buckle. The collar closes like a belt and remains closed until you release the buckle. They can be convenient and are useful if you like to take your dog’s collar on and off at different times of the day.
Our buckle collars are lined with velvet to ensure they feel soft, comfortable and none chaffing against your dog’s fur. Please remember that Buckle collars are not suitable walking collars for dogs with long delicate necks such as sighthounds. For these breeds, you’ll need a Saltburn Martingale Dog Collar instead.

This collar is available in four widths; 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″ or 1.5″ and six sizes: Extra-Small, Small, Small-Medium, Medium, Large and Extra-Large.

Caring for your Deckchair Stripe Collar
If your collar becomes soiled, we recommend that you hand wash or spot clean the soiled area. You are able to place this collar in a laundry bag and wash it on a 30º delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry – leave it to air dry on a flat surface instead.
