Golden Copper Martingale Collar

Our Golden Copper martingale collar is from our Indian Wedding – Temple Garden series. The design is inspired by flamboyant garments worn by Persians throughout the Sassanian Empire. This fabric has a beautiful golden copper base with raised deep copper, gold and silver threading that comes alive with shimmering gold sequins.

Due to the fabric’s delicate nature, we use rust coloured Swiss Velvet to make the martingale loop section of this collar. The velvet is then extended and used to line the inside of the collar, adding a touch of softness and luxury. Golden Copper is finished with solid brass hardware to give it a premium feel.

Essentially, Golden Copper is a delicate, luxurious collar that you may like to reserve for special occasions rather than use as an everyday collar.

The difference between full and reduced loop martingale collars

Martingale collars have a unique design that keeps your dog from escaping or backing out of its collar. The reduced loop version has a slightly narrower control loop in comparison to the full loop version.

Your Golden Copper dog collar will loosely sit around your dog’s neck. If and when they pull, the martingale loop will tighten, exerting a gentle pressure around their neck. This action doesn’t hurt. Therefore, a martingale collar is a safe and effective way to manage a dog easily slips its collar. This type of collar is perfect for when you are walking or training dogs. What’s more, they can be very helpful when managing shy or timed hounds whose first instinct is to buck their collar when nervous.

This collar is available in two widths: 1.5″ or 2” and in five different sizes: Small, Small-Medium, Medium, Large and Extra-Large.

As the fabric is quite delicate, we recommend hand washing or spot cleaning the soiled area. Please do not tumble dry. Please leave it to air dry instead.
