Made from 100% cotton, our Brighton martingale collar is the perfect choice for hounds who love a retro seaside look. Made from the best quality steamer deckchair fabric, Brighton is a refreshing mix of apple green, white, navy blue, teal, yellow and red. To add a touch of luxury and softness, we line your collar with your choice of Apple Green or Teal Swiss velvet and dress the collar with nickel-plated silver hardware.

Why choose a martingale

Martingale collars have a unique design that keeps your dog from escaping or backing out of their collar, no matter how hard they pull. When in situ, this martingale collar sits loosely around your dog’s neck. If and when they pull, the martingale loop will tighten, exerting a gentle pressure around your hound’s neck. This action doesn’t hurt, giving you a safe and effective way to manage a dog that can easily slip their collar – especially useful for sighthounds who have long, thin, delicate necks.

This type of collar is perfect for walking or training dogs and is especially helpful when caring for shy or timed hounds whose first instinct is to buck their collar when nervous.

This collar is available in three widths; 1″, 1.5″ or 2” and six sizes: Extra-Small, Small, Small-Medium, Medium, Large and Extra-Large.

Caring for your Deckchair Stripe collar

If your collar becomes soiled, we recommend that you hand wash or spot clean the soiled area. You can place this collar in a laundry bag and wash it on a 30º delicate cycle. Do not tumble dry – leave it to air dry on a flat surface instead.
